Objectives and Topics Phase 1
The target group are up to 55 experts in the area of HRD. The international trainers are Hans-Joachim Rieger and Sue Treharne.
Objectives
- Review of the topics covered in 2016
- Compare the training contents with their situation faced in their respective organisations
- Know the instruments of HRD and to develop them in an exemplary and practical way
- Take into account the European principles and standards in the civil service according to the new Law of Ukraine on Civil Service
- Design training programmes with target group analysis, learning objectives and participants’ competences, duration, content, methods, media, evaluation
