Vom 1. bis zum 6. November fand in Berlin, Dessau und Potsdam eine Fachbildungsreise für hochrangige Delegierte vom vietnamesischen Ministerium für Natürliche Ressourcen und Umwelt statt, organisiert von der dbb akademie GmbH. Die Reise bot den Delegierten einen Einblick in die deutschen Strukturen und Prozesse im Bereich Ressourcenmanagement, Umweltschutz und Nachhaltigkeit und ermöglichte den Austausch mit Expert*innen.

Die Delegation bestand aus zwölf führenden Vertretern des Ministeriums für natürliche Ressourcen und Umwelt aus Vietnam, darunter auch die Vize-Ministerin, Frau Nguyễn Thị Phương Hoa. Hauptthemen der Reise umfassten die Förderung von Wissen und Kompetenzen im Aufbau und der Optimierung von organisationalen Strukturen im Bereich Umweltmanagment.

Zum umfangreichen Programm gehörten Besuche bei verschiedenen Ministerien auf Landes- und Bundesebene, Behörden und Organisationen in Berlin und Brandenburg. Die Delegation nahm an Fachvorträgen und Gesprächen teil, die die organisatorische Struktur und das Ressourcenmanagement auf Bundes- und Länderebene beleuchteten. Der Austausch ermöglichte es den Teilnehmer*innen, das deutsche Modell des Föderalismus und der Aufgabenverteilung zwischen Bund, Ländern und Kommunen kennenzulernen.

Großes Interesse an Umweltnormen und Inspektionen

Ein besonderes Interesse bestand daran, wie deutsche Unternehmen Umweltvorschriften einhalten und wie Umweltinspektionen durchgeführt werden. So informierte sich die Delegation auf verschiedenen Ebenen über die Abläufe und Überwachung von Umweltnormen.

Die Delegation zeigte während der gesamten Reise ein hohes Interesse an allen behandelten Themen. Bei den Programmpunkten nutzen die Teilnehmenden stets die Gelegenheit, tiefergehende Fragen zu stellen. So kam es zu einem intensiven und fruchtbaren Austausch mit den Expert*innen.

Ausblick

Die Bildungsreise ermöglichte es der vietnamesischen Delegation, umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Struktur und dem Ablauf von Umweltverwaltungen und -inspektionen in Deutschland zu sammeln. Das Interesse an der Anpassung ähnlicher Verfahren in Vietnam war groß, und es wurde angeregt, den fachlichen Austausch zwischen den Ländern in Zukunft zu vertiefen.

Die dbb akademie GmbH hat eine erfolgreiche Bildungsreise gestaltet und freuen sich darauf, weiteren Delegationen Bildungsreisen anzubieten.
